AIDS/LifeCycle is the world’s largest single-event, annual HIV fundraiser. As Director of the Southern California office, I was responsible for community and corporate engagement, recruitment, fundraising, training, and stewardship efforts, and raised more than $25 million.
In my first year with the event, I developed comprehensive plan for recruitment, retention, and fundraising that led to 20% growth in fundraising year-over-year – an increase of $1 million in a single year.
Peer-to-Peer
By applying traditional major gifts strategies in the peer-to-peer fundraising sphere, I have developed new models for data analysis, goal-setting, and participant stewardship that have led to significant, sustained growth.
